#project365: Day 51

If I came with a warning label, this would probably be it.

Taken in the IKEA in Stoughton, MA.

Specs: Canon PowerShot ELPH 340 HS, 1/30s @ f/3.6. Post-processed in Adobe Lightroom 5 and Adobe Photoshop CC.

#project365: Day 50

The old rest house at Greeley Park in Nashua, NH.

I’ve been driving past this place on random nights throughout the winter, and it always looks like something I should try shooting just to see what it looks like. The snow, the lighting, the building itself. Tonight was the night.

Specs: Canon EOS Rebel T2i with EF 28-135mm f/3.5-5.6 IS @ 65mm, 20s @ f/8. Post-processed in Adobe Lightroom 5 and Adobe Photoshop CC.

#project365: Day 47

The First Congregational Church across from the town square in Winchester, MA.

This is one of those shots where I wish I had a better camera with me. The scene just looked fantastic live, and I knew how I wanted it to look in my head, but the camera in my phone simply can’t do night shots justice. Which I guess is the lesson (and part of the point of the whole exercise): Always be ready to shoot something interesting. (Though in this case, I was also standing in the middle of the road trying not to get run over.)

Specs: Motorola Droid RAZR MAXX HD, using the HDR Camera+ app. Post-processed in Adobe Lightroom 5.

#project365: Day 45

A respite from the unrelenting snow: A gorgeous, blue-sky day. High temp of around 40. And this.

Specs: Canon EOS Rebel T2i with EF 28-135mm f/3.5-5.6 IS @ 135mm, 1/20s @ f/5.6. Post-processed in Adobe Lightroom 5.
