We won—and that’s good enough

Yes, the Aggies almost managed to blow a 21-point fourth quarter lead to Kansas State—but they didn’t, hanging on for a 31-24 squeaker on the road against the Wildcats. This despite a laundry list of injuries and a woefully ineffective running game. And while the gameplay definitely was not a thing of beauty and probably foreshadowed bad things (read: losses) to come, it was good enough on Saturday.

A&M is now 6-1 on the season (3-1 in Big 12 play).
